Kitchen Waste Composting using Bokashi

Hello,
After many years of doing aerobic composting using Nylon bag , wanted a more efficient and more convenient method. Here is Bokashi composting.
But unlike , the standard Bokashi bucket , here is a non-conventional way using bottles. This is almost effortless. Hence, I call this 'Convenient Composting'.
This is for the family of 4 members.

First stage in a bottle. Each bottle takes 3 days of kitchen waste to fill. I have such 4 bottles. So , when the  4th bottle is full , I empty the first bottle in the soil factory. Next bottle after 3 days and so on. This generates very little compost-tea. So , no need to drain separately.

Second stage of mixing kitchen waste with the soil - The Soil factory - The well ventilated Basket
This is best-suited for city people wanting to use Bokashi but do not have open soil patch. This is done inside my home. Here no turning the compost is needed.
I think , this is relatively easier to handle than the 10 lit bucket because the volume at the time of soil mixing is limited to a single bottle. By the time , next bottle comes for soil mixing, much of the moisture in the soil factory has evaporated. The above soil factory takes almost 4 months to fill.
